Forever Manchester Week returns this June and to give it the kickstart it truly deserves, New Bailey restaurant Menagerie has invited a host of their friends to launch it in style with the Sunrise Sessions on Friday 2nd June, an open air, morning workout with a festival theme. Menagerie’s Resident DJ, Sarah Giggles, will be headlining the event, playing a mix of bouncy upbeat tunes to accompany fitness guru Nigel Meadow’s rave-inspired workout.
This is the perfect way to start your working day, the weekend, and of course Forever Manchester Week. The caped crusader, Captain Manchester, will be joining in and encouraging all participants to get caped up. The dress code is definitely eclectic – Menagerie want to see lots of glitter, lashings of sequins, neon galore, and all of the Lycra!
They don’t want you to faint (and this isn’t for the faint-hearted) so Gym & Juice will be on hand providing some of their amazing juices and there will be refreshments available in Menagerie. There will be two sessions at 7am and 8am, each lasting 45 minutes. A minimum £5 donation is required to take part and all proceeds will go to Forever Manchester to help support community activity across Greater Manchester.
Remember to bring some cash for a delicious post-workout Menagerie breakfast and fresh blends from Gym & Juice. There will be crushed avocado on toast, naughty bacon sandwiches and a wide range of fresh and uplifting juices available to purchase with a donation going to Forever Manchester.
Breakfast options will be £4.50 with a £1 donation to Forever Manchester.
Gym & Juice Juices will be £4 with a £1 donation to Forever Manchester.
