Eden

Eden is a new 12-storey, 115,000 sq. ft. office development currently under construction at New Bailey. The building will be unlike any other and a standard-bearer for sustainable commercial space in the region and beyond completing in May 2023.

Designed to meet the UK Green Building Council net-zero carbon in operation targets, using the ‘Design for Performance’ standard, it aims to promote wellbeing through an environmentally-conscious development.

The significant green credentials at the new scheme will include the largest living façade in Europe, that has been designed to remove air pollutants including carbon, reduce urban temperatures, while offering thermal benefits to occupiers, and improving the biodiversity of the area.
