As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re welcoming The Listening Bench to New Bailey — a simple but powerful pop-up designed to support open conversations.

Hosted by local Salford charity Heads Up Gentle Men, this community-led initiative creates a welcoming space where anyone can take a moment to pause, sit down and talk. No appointments, no pressure – just a chance to connect.
While originally founded as a men’s mental health initiative, the pop up is open to everyone. Whether you want to chat, listen, or simply take a breather, you’re very welcome to stop by.
