The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
To enter, participants must:

Tag at least one colleague or workmate in the comments. Multiple entries are permitted; each additional tagged colleague counts as a separate entry.
The giveaway opens on the date of publication and closes on the 26th June 2026.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the competition closing.
The prize consists of a £500 tab to be redeemed at The Trading Route, 1 Goods Yard St, Manchester M3 3BG for food and drinks.
The prize is intended for a group booking of a minimum of 10 people.
The prize must be redeemed on a mutually agreed date, subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
Any spend above the £500 tab must be paid for by the winner and their guests.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, a new winner may be selected.
