New Bailey Welcomes The Big Manchester Bakes.
The Big Manchester Bake opened its doors in October of last year at Four New Bailey bringing a competitive social baking experience to the city.
Created by the team behind the popular Big Bakes venues in London and Birmingham, the Manchester edition invites guests to bake in pairs over a 90-minute session with no experience required. Everything is provided – from pre-measured ingredients and top-quality equipment to expert guidance and clean-up.
Guests enter through a themed pantry and fridge door into a vibrant baking tent and cocktail bar. The space features 12 fully equipped baking stations and a mezzanine level ideal for private events and team gatherings. Alongside the sessions a walk-in cocktail bar serves themed drinks, light bites and sweet treats. Indoor and outdoor seating make it a great stop before or after baking – or simply for a visit on its own.
What to Expect
Each month features a new themed bake. Tickets range from £40 to £77 and include all materials, instructions, and a digital recipe booklet. Ideal for everything from date nights and birthdays to group outings and team-building.
